Emails and texts are for scheduling/logistics only—not for clinical issues or emergencies. Response time is 24–48 business hours; no replies after hours or on weekends. Privacy is not guaranteed via social media, email, or text. In emergencies, call 911 or the 988 Crisis Line—never use social media to reach us.
