Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling Policy – 24 Hours’ Notice Required To respect the time and planning of all families and professionals involved, we kindly ask that all rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Policy Details: You may reschedule an appointment with no penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the session time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a late rescheduling fee or be considered a missed session, depending on the circumstances. To reschedule, please contact us via [phone/text/email] as soon as possible. Emergency situations will be handled with care and understanding on a case-by-case basis. When you schedule a session, your appointment time is reserved just for you. You will see a charge for the service at the time of booking.
